Provide a completed NY Form ST-120 or NJ Form ST-3 on or before the first delivery for tax-exempt billing.

Bulk bakery vs. catering

The guide lists bulk pastry drops and whole cakes without utensils, napkins, plates or setup as tax-exempt in NY and NJ. Servingware, utensils, beverages or on-site setup require applicable state and local tax on the entire invoice, including delivery.
